Context and limits of the descriptions, illustrations and local enquiry process.
1. Visual exploration and practical use
This portfolio examines a single visual exercise through lettering, line and space. It does not assess a particular business, certify a production file or promise a commercial result. The assembled Still / Moving composition and its process sheets can help explain an interest, while an actual brief needs its own audience, content, constraints and review. The existence of an attractive image cannot settle whether it is appropriate for a sign, package, interface or another specific real-world setting. Observations about a visible alternative concern that composition, not a measured outcome for a client or a guarantee about another use.
2. One exercise, with visible alternatives
Still / Moving is an original digital typographic composition: two words, a coral diagonal and a repeated curve family on a blue field. The lettering sheet isolates alignment and tracking. The line sheet shows how a curve repeats in two colour treatments. The spacing sheet compares different vertical intervals. They are parts of one self-directed exercise, not separate named client commissions, released consumer products or operating software. No customer testimonial, sales figure, usability result or manufacturer endorsement is attached to them. Their captions and explanations provide context that should accompany a reference to the artwork.
3. Identity and professional claims
The publisher identity and address appear in the About page and footer. The publisher is an individual with the real registered address shown. A portfolio name does not establish an agency team, professional certification or a different legal entity. No endorsement, certification, award, years of personal experience or independently verified client list is asserted by the design of these pages. The published domain and English text do not create a United States office or change the address shown. A future agreement should correctly identify its parties and the capacity in which a service is being provided.
4. What real production would need
A real poster requires appropriate dimensions, copy and viewing conditions. A label or identity application requires permission, accurate content and the actual reproduction specification. A digital screen requires consideration of behaviour, accessibility, device sizes and implementation beyond a static picture. The studies do not supply those missing facts or certify that a later output meets a particular regulation or technical standard. Confirm the responsible parties and necessary specialist checks for a real application instead of treating an illustration as a tested production deliverable.
5. A preview is a separate step from correspondence
The enquiry tool validates a few fields and displays a draft in the browser. It preserves the selected topic so that a question can refer to a particular study. Nothing is emailed automatically. The optional link offers the message to a configured email application for [email protected]; you still decide whether to send it there. A displayed summary does not prove an installed mailbox, delivery, a reply or acceptance of work. Confirm a real engagement and any time-sensitive requirement through an acknowledged conversation rather than relying on the preview alone.
6. Availability and external behaviour
A browser, host, network or email application can fail or behave differently under different settings. Static pages and diagrams do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or third-party service. A locally prepared draft can disappear when a page is reloaded, and browser restoration may behave differently between devices. Save information you need using your own appropriate tools. These practical limitations do not remove duties or rights that apply to an actual agreement; they explain the limited function of the public enquiry tool.
7. Corrections and rights
If a description or example appears inaccurate, identify the page and the specific issue in a message to [email protected]. A correction can be considered without treating the original wording as an agreed commercial specification. The disclaimer reflects the pages as published on 4 November 2026 and should be read with the Privacy, Terms and Refund pages. It does not exclude statutory rights or excuse misleading statements. Any commissioned work needs its own clear record of scope, responsibilities and acceptance, rather than assumptions drawn from a portfolio or illustrative overview.
