No checkout is operated here. These provisions explain enquiries and later separately accepted work.
1. An enquiry is not a paid order
Viewing Still / Moving and its process sheets costs nothing on this website. The enquiry preview has no checkout, deposit collection, card input or paid subscription behind it. Generating a draft therefore creates no website payment to refund and does not purchase the artwork. A message actually sent and received can still be an exploratory question rather than an accepted assignment. Any payment, cancellation or refund issue must be tied to a real arrangement and the parties responsible for it, rather than inferred from a browsing action.
2. Set the conditions with the design scope
Before accepting paid design work, agree what is being supplied and the circumstances in which it may be changed or cancelled. A poster layout, an identity application and a static screen can have different preparation, feedback and production dependencies. Specify approved stages, price, timing and any external expenditure in the actual arrangement. This portfolio does not impose a standard deposit, cancellation percentage or non-refundable booking fee. Separate terms must describe the real work while preserving any mandatory rights that apply to the particular transaction.
3. Changing or cancelling an accepted request
If you want to cancel work that has actually been accepted, communicate promptly and identify the agreement and the work affected. Ask for confirmation of what has been received and what can still be stopped. Opening an email application or deleting a draft is not a cancellation received by the other party. Depending on the agreement and applicable law, work already completed, specifically authorised expenses or irreversible third-party commitments may need separate consideration. Their existence and amount must be established from the actual record.
4. Describe a concern against the accepted brief
For a completed assignment, explain which agreed output is affected and how it differs from the accepted instructions. A wrong dimension, missing format or omitted approved content is a different issue from requesting a new creative direction after approval. Relevant evidence can include the brief, supplied materials, feedback and accepted delivery. An independent portfolio image cannot decide the remedy for a separate assignment. Appropriate clarification, correction or reimbursement depends on the actual agreement, the facts and applicable protections, without a promise of unlimited redesign or a predetermined refusal of every refund.
5. Third-party orders and commitments
Printing, hosting, stock licences and other external orders require their own approved supplier arrangements. The initial website form does not authorise any such order. Ask which costs are included, which require your approval and who is the contracting party before committing funds. A cancellation request to this publisher does not automatically cancel a separate agreement with another provider. Likewise, a third party’s policy cannot by itself decide what is owed under a different agreement. Establish the actual payments and contractual roles when considering reimbursement.
6. Contact about an actual payment
A request concerning an arrangement with this publisher may be addressed to [email protected]. Identify the assignment, the payment concerned, the issue and the resolution you seek. An ordinary initial message does not require a complete card number, bank login or sensitive identity document. The local preview cannot check a bank transfer, approve a reimbursement or establish that the recipient received the request. Use an acknowledged channel for an existing agreement and retain its records. Any reimbursement needs a verified basis, appropriate payment route and identification of the responsible recipient.
7. Statutory rights and updates
Applicable mandatory rights may govern cancellation periods, defective services, refunds or other remedies and take precedence where required. Nothing here requires someone to waive rights that cannot be waived or accept an invented universal no-refund rule. This page describes the website and enquiry process as of 4 November 2026. A future paid product, subscription or ordering feature would need conditions that describe that feature before use. For an existing engagement, review the terms actually accepted and the law applicable to that transaction.
